Role Overview
We are recruiting a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Java Full Stack to join a cutting-edge financial services and investment firm recognized for innovation and market leadership. The selected candidate will have a pivotal role in technology leadership and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer the design and technical implementation of projects and products.
- Take ownership of all technical deliverables ensuring high standards.
- Drive automation initiatives and foster innovation within the team.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
- Establish coding standards across the full technology stack.
- Engage in code reviews and architectural discussions for quality assurance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience with Java full stack development.
- Capability to define, challenge, and prioritize data requirements collaboratively with business users.
- Ensure business stakeholders have access to reliable, clear, and accurate data.
- Monitor and resolve production and support tickets effectively, including issue identification and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in SQL query writing and performance tuning.
- Additional abilities in basic Python scripting and workflow management with Apache Airflow are advantageous.
