About the Role

Al Masaood Group invites seasoned recruitment professionals to join their Group HR team in Abu Dhabi as a Lead Recruiter. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from requisition initiation to offer extension and onboarding commencement.
• Build and sustain robust talent pools to address both immediate and future hiring demands.
• Collaborate intimately with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to grasp workforce requirements.
• Source and attract top-tier candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Perform candidate screening, evaluations, and selection procedures.
• Organize interviews and provide continual support to hiring teams throughout the selection process.
• Draft employment proposals and maintain candidate interaction until onboarding is completed.
• Track recruitment metrics and consistently update stakeholders on progress.
• Analyze hiring data to recommend enhancements that improve recruitment efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferably holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Possesses 3 to 5 years’ experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Demonstrates strong abilities in candidate sourcing and evaluation.
• Experience in partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders is essential.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Capacity to oversee several openings and competing priorities at once.
