About the Role
Al Masaood Group invites seasoned recruitment professionals to join their Group HR team in Abu Dhabi as a Lead Recruiter. This position is crafted for an energetic expert who excels in dynamic settings, collaborates effectively with business leaders, and passionately matches exceptional talent with significant career paths.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from requisition initiation to offer extension and onboarding commencement.
- Build and sustain robust talent pools to address both immediate and future hiring demands.
- Collaborate intimately with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to grasp workforce requirements.
- Source and attract top-tier candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Perform candidate screening, evaluations, and selection procedures.
- Organize interviews and provide continual support to hiring teams throughout the selection process.
- Draft employment proposals and maintain candidate interaction until onboarding is completed.
- Track recruitment metrics and consistently update stakeholders on progress.
- Analyze hiring data to recommend enhancements that improve recruitment efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Possesses 3 to 5 years’ experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Demonstrates strong abilities in candidate sourcing and evaluation.
- Experience in partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders is essential.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Capacity to oversee several openings and competing priorities at once.
