Junior React Developer

Position Overview

Tech Pipeline is dedicated to improving operational workflows by addressing technical challenges directly rather than superficial documentation. We are seeking a Junior React Developer to join our team and contribute to a project aimed at redesigning internal data flow systems for a regional development client. This role is full-time, permanent, and fully remote, allowing you to work from your preferred location while addressing tangible operational needs.

Role Responsibilities

• Create and maintain React components for internal dashboards tailored to the client’s needs.
• Convert functional requirements into clean, efficient code for tools focused on data entry and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot and debug user interface problems by analyzing browser logs and API responses.
• Revise frontend forms to incorporate updated routing and validation requirements.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure smooth integration and data synchronization between front and back ends.
• Document every developed component clearly to facilitate smooth handovers in the future.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and learn best practices.
• Thoroughly test features to confirm reliable handling of edge cases in financial and operational datasets.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of React fundamentals, including hooks and component lifecycle methods.
• Working knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS layout principles.
• Logical and methodical problem-solving skills to address UI malfunctions and styling inconsistencies.
• Ability to translate technical problems into clear language for both technical and non-technical collaborators.
• Attention to detail, especially when managing complex data tables and forms.
• Genuine curiosity about underlying business process mechanics.
• Persistence in isolating and resolving code or routing logic issues.
