Role Overview

As an AI Tools Associate, you will aid in managing the data routing utilities and automation tools that support our clients' operations. The role requires a hands-on approach examining logs and configurations to identify failures and maintain tools used for document processing and data reconciliation. This permanent full-time position is ideal for early-career professionals who thrive in untangling complex systems and witnessing tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze daily logs of processing tools to detect data routing interruptions or failures.
• Maintain and update configuration files and prompt templates upon receiving feedback from the client’s operations team.
• Track and verify automated reporting script outputs ensuring accuracy against primary data sources.
• Test new routing configurations in staging environments prior to deployment to finance teams.
• Develop precise, stepwise documentation for client personnel enabling independent management of the tools.
• Identify frequent bottlenecks in the data flow and propose targeted solutions.
• Keep a comprehensive change log for all configurations to maintain audit transparency.
• Support reconciliation efforts between manual records and tool-generated outputs during the initial month of live operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of AI interfaces and capability to compose clear, logical directives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical problem-solving style favoring precise error identification in logs over assumption-based troubleshooting.
• Effective written communication skills to document updates and technical details clearly.
