The Janitorial Associate plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and clean environment for customers entering and leaving the store. Responsibilities involve maintaining cleanliness and safety from the parking area through to the restrooms and receiving sections.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile, greeting, and express thanks positively.
• Efficiently and accurately operate checkout while standing for extended periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of assigned work areas.
• Respond to customer queries and assist them as needed.
• Support fellow associates throughout the store as required.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and transport them inside using equipment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot areas regularly.
• Exhibit a positive and professional attitude regardless of weather conditions.
