Job Overview
The Janitorial Associate plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and clean environment for customers entering and leaving the store. Responsibilities involve maintaining cleanliness and safety from the parking area through to the restrooms and receiving sections.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a smile, greeting, and express thanks positively.
- Efficiently and accurately operate checkout while standing for extended periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of assigned work areas.
- Respond to customer queries and assist them as needed.
- Support fellow associates throughout the store as required.
- Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and transport them inside using equipment.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot areas regularly.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude regardless of weather conditions.
