We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team at IBT Institute in Jalandhar, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from any discipline, possess strong English communication skills, and be capable of managing various HR activities to support organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for diverse job profiles.
- Coordinating and conducting initial HR interviews with applicants.
- Managing employee onboarding processes and assisting with joining formalities.
- Maintaining comprehensive employee records and other HR documentation.
- Overseeing attendance tracking and leave management.
