Key Responsibilities
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for diverse job profiles.
- Coordinating and conducting initial HR interviews with applicants.
- Managing employee onboarding processes and assisting with joining formalities.
- Maintaining comprehensive employee records and other HR documentation.
- Overseeing attendance tracking and leave management.
