About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive specialized in Talent Acquisition to manage the entire recruitment and onboarding processes across various business sectors in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Identify and attract talent both locally and globally.
Establish and maintain relationships with hospitality and vocational educational institutions.
Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements promptly.
Develop and sustain talent pools and enhance employer branding initiatives.
Monitor recruitment performance metrics and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.

Requirements

Between 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Preferably experienced in industries such as Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, or Service sectors.
Prior experience in international candidate sourcing is advantageous.
Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment procedures specific to UAE is beneficial.
