HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive specialized in Talent Acquisition to manage the entire recruitment and onboarding processes across various business sectors in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
• Identify and attract talent both locally and globally.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitality and vocational educational institutions.
• Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements promptly.
• Develop and sustain talent pools and enhance employer branding initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment performance metrics and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.

Requirements

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Preferably experienced in industries such as Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, or Service sectors.
• Prior experience in international candidate sourcing is advantageous.
• Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment procedures specific to UAE is beneficial.
