Role Overview

As a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will include offering personal care, fostering genuine relationships, and contributing significantly to the well-being of those in need while enjoying meaningful job satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
• Carry out light housekeeping duties
• Observe, monitor, and accurately document client information

Candidate Requirements

• Exhibit qualities of care, reliability, patience, and compassion
• Be flexible to accommodate client needs in their homes
• Availability to work every alternate weekend
• Authorized to work in the UK as sponsorship is not provided

Work Hours

• Shifts available: 07:00 - 15:00, 07:00 - 19:00, 15:00 - 22:00
• Minimum commitment of 20 hours weekly, with flexibility for additional hours

Training

No previous experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to all new starters.
