Role Overview

As a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will include offering personal care, fostering genuine relationships, and contributing significantly to the well-being of those in need while enjoying meaningful job satisfaction.

Key Duties

Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
Carry out light housekeeping duties
Observe, monitor, and accurately document client information

Candidate Requirements

Exhibit qualities of care, reliability, patience, and compassion
Be flexible to accommodate client needs in their homes
Availability to work every alternate weekend
Authorized to work in the UK as sponsorship is not provided

Work Hours

Shifts available: 07:00 - 15:00, 07:00 - 19:00, 15:00 - 22:00
Minimum commitment of 20 hours weekly, with flexibility for additional hours

Training

No previous experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to all new starters.
