Role Overview

The company seeks a proficient and hands-on Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to develop visually compelling graphics and videos for marketing, branding, social media campaigns, advertisements, and website content. This role demands ownership and rapid content creation, editing, and delivery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Create visual designs for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design posters, banners, campaign creatives, thumbnails for videos, and basic website/landing page visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency in all graphic elements, including adherence to color schemes, typography, and layout standards.
• Adapt designs to various formats and sizes as required.
• Edit videos for multiple channels such as YouTube (both long-form and Shorts), Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, advertisements, and product showcases.
• Add captions, subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions, animations, and branding elements to videos.
• Convert lengthy videos into short, impactful clips suitable for digital consumption.
• Assist with basic video shooting using mobile or camera equipment by capturing product imagery, office scenes, factory visits, and events with proper lighting and framing.
• Leverage AI-based tools to accelerate video editing, generate captions, ideate thumbnails, and create design variations, utilizing platforms such as Canva AI, CapCut AI, Premiere Pro, ChatGPT, and other image/video AI tools.
• Collaborate closely with marketing personnel and leadership, rapidly understanding briefs, meeting deadlines, and iterating based on feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, with strong command of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Advanced skills in video editing.
• Proficiency in design and video tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and CapCut.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines effectively.
• Experience or familiarity with motion graphics and social media content formats is advantageous.
