Internship Programme Overview

The Internship Programme is tailored for driven students eager to make productive use of their summer. Spanning 8 to 10 paid weeks, participants will engage in real projects, tackle impactful challenges, and enhance skills through collaboration with experienced professionals. Exceptional interns may secure a spot on Revolut's Graduate Programme the following year, continuing their journey with the company.

Role Summary

The design team at Revolut focuses on combining creativity with meticulous attention to detail, continuously elevating customer expectations through innovative products. As a Product Design Intern, you will focus on crafting user-centred experiences, resolving design problems, and working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver beloved products.

Location and Work Arrangement

The Internship accepts international candidates willing to relocate to Revolut's tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. The company assists with visa processing, travel expenses, and accommodation under certain conditions. Interns are expected to spend approximately three days weekly in the office, depending on role and location.

Key Dates

Roles are offered on a rolling basis, encouraging early applications.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes tailored to customer needs
• Support user research efforts such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys
• Incorporate feedback to refine designs and enhance user experience
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Researchers to launch impactful features
• Present design insights and proposals to stakeholders
• Manage project tasks, monitor progress, and communicate status updates with international teams
• Receive ongoing feedback through regular reviews to aid professional growth

Candidate Requirements

• Currently in penultimate year of bachelor's or master's degree in design or a related discipline, graduating in 2028
• Predicted or equivalent grade of first-class degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about design, innovation, and customer-centric experiences
• Comfortable in dynamic, diverse, fast-paced team settings
• Fluent in English
• Available full-time during summer 2027
• Able to attend a Revolut office at least three days per week (hybrid work model)

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional language proficiency
• Entrepreneurial experience or startup background
