About the Role

welevel is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape the interface and player experience for a survival city-builder RPG. This role will help build the game’s UI from the ground up and contribute to an ambitious AAA production.

What You’ll Do

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for HUDs, menus, inventory screens, and other interactive game UI components.
Improve the overall user journey and refine interaction patterns so the experience feels smooth and intuitive.
Partner with systems and gameplay teams to design clear interfaces for crafting, trading, and automation features.
Make sure the interface works well and scales properly across PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
Run user tests, collect feedback, and keep iterating on the design.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in games.
Comfort using Figma, Photoshop, and game engines such as Unreal Engine.
A solid grasp of accessibility principles and player behavior.
Experience with survival, city-builder, or RPG UI design is considered an advantage.
This is an onsite role in Munich, so EU work authorization is required.
