Role Summary

The Educator role is essential to our success, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and engaging our guests. Educators are experts in providing product knowledge, meaningful community involvement, and authentic communication about lululemon’s culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage guests warmly while respecting their time to ensure a superior shopping experience.
• Identify guests’ specific needs to offer personalized purchasing and return assistance.
• Share comprehensive technical product insights highlighting value and benefits.
• Ensure smooth guest transactions and execute relevant omnichannel initiatives adhering to company standards.
• Provide continuous floor coverage, attending to multiple guests and store requirements.
• Collect and act on guest feedback in collaboration with store leadership to resolve issues promptly.
• Promote awareness of local community programs and support community projects such as running clubs or yoga events.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment by embracing diversity and encouraging positive interaction among colleagues and guests.
• Build and maintain productive relationships within the team to optimize guest experience and store operations.
• Perform merchandising tasks including restocking, organizing, and presenting products according to standards.
• Utilize in-store technology effectively to support operations and enhance guest interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness to uphold a premium shopping environment throughout shifts.
• Adhere strictly to safety policies ensuring a secure workplace for all.
• Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the assigned store’s jurisdiction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as required.

Preferred but Not Required

• High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
