Role Overview
In this position, you help guests start their day well by welcoming them warmly and supporting them throughout breakfast service.
Key Duties
- Set up and prepare the breakfast buffet before service begins.
- Ensure breakfast runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering the hotel’s “One Smile” breakfast concept.
- Contribute to planning and coordinating breakfast operations.
- Gain exposure to additional areas of work through collaboration with multicultural teams across departments.
Qualifications
This role is open both to experienced hotel professionals and to applicants looking to change careers. Personality and genuine hospitality matter most.
- Training in hotel management, relevant experience in hospitality or gastronomy, or a strong interest in starting in the field as a career changer.
- Friendly, open, and communicative manner.
- Natural hosting skills and a clear passion for the hotel industry.
- Adaptability, creativity, and a strong commitment to quality even under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support other departments when needed.
