Role Overview

This position requires a graduate with qualifications in Hotel Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Housekeeping, Accommodation, or Facilities Management. The candidate should possess 1-2 years of experience either in cabin appearance within a reputed airline or in the housekeeping department of a five-star hotel or facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the cabin appearance ensuring cleanliness and proper cabin dressing in aircraft.
Manage and supervise cabin groomers and helpers effectively.
Apply strong decision-making abilities and maintain exceptional communication skills.
Report directly to the Manager Cabin Appearance or Assistant Manager Cabin Appearance.
Utilize strong man management skills to lead the team efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational background in Hotel Management or related disciplines in housekeeping or facilities management.
Prior experience in cabin appearance or high-end housekeeping services.
Detail-oriented mindset with an eye for cleanliness and cabin standards.
Effective managerial and leadership capabilities.
