Role Overview

This position requires a graduate with qualifications in Hotel Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Housekeeping, Accommodation, or Facilities Management. The candidate should possess 1-2 years of experience either in cabin appearance within a reputed airline or in the housekeeping department of a five-star hotel or facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the cabin appearance ensuring cleanliness and proper cabin dressing in aircraft.
• Manage and supervise cabin groomers and helpers effectively.
• Apply strong decision-making abilities and maintain exceptional communication skills.
• Report directly to the Manager Cabin Appearance or Assistant Manager Cabin Appearance.
• Utilize strong man management skills to lead the team efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational background in Hotel Management or related disciplines in housekeeping or facilities management.
• Prior experience in cabin appearance or high-end housekeeping services.
• Detail-oriented mindset with an eye for cleanliness and cabin standards.
• Effective managerial and leadership capabilities.
