Job Overview
This role involves providing dedicated administrative assistance to senior executives within the organization. The Executive Assistant I supports one or more Vice Presidents (VPs) and Assistant Vice Presidents (AVPs), facilitating various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Offer administrative support to TDBG VPs, AVPs, and their teams, handling multiple assignments of limited complexity.
- Manage executives' schedules including arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel plans.
- Coordinate communication flow by acting as a liaison among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Prepare and manage expense reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis and format communication materials such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Support broader team tasks including office supply inventory management and equipment coordination as necessary.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education is required.
- Minimum of two years' relevant experience in an administrative or similar support role.
- Proficiency gained through job-related training and an understanding of business unit functions and regulatory requirements.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands
- Work is primarily sedentary with continuous use of standard office equipment and multitasking.
- Occasional standing, walking, lifting under 25 lbs., and other light physical activities are expected.
- Domestic travel is infrequent; no international travel is required.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually, subject to factors such as experience, skills, job knowledge, and location.
