About the Role
Our client is a Series E funded company specializing in AI-driven B2B software for the real estate industry. They are expanding their team by hiring Engagement Managers & Leads for Future Platforms focused on Housing. This is a high-visibility, foundational position critical to launching one of the company's most significant AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer deployment processes, from initial scoping to implementation and ongoing post-launch support.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively translating client requirements into clear product specifications.
- Create and enhance operational playbooks designed to facilitate rapid scaling and growth.
- Handle complex enterprise client engagements and coordinate alignment among senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to influence product strategy and post-sales activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Between 4 to 6 years of professional experience, preferably 3–5 or 5–8 years, in management consulting or client-facing strategy/operations roles within high-growth startups.
- Proven success leading complex implementations of enterprise software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop processes and systems from the ground up.
- Strong product intuition with the skill to convert customer needs into actionable insights.
- High level of autonomy, sound decision-making ability, and capacity to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Previous startup operational or founding experience is considered an advantage.
