Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled E-learning Consultant located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India to join our team working onsite in a US shift. The role involves designing and developing digital learning experiences primarily focused on PrismHR and PrismHCM platforms.

Key Duties

Design and develop engaging e-learning content using Articulate Storyline.
Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) ensuring smooth functionality and performing troubleshooting as necessary.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and maintain clear communication channels.
Continuously improve learning processes and stay updated on e-learning best practices.

Candidate Profile

3 to 6 years of professional experience in e-learning course creation and content editing.
Proficient in LMS management and resolving related technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various teams.
Committed to ongoing learning and process enhancement within the instructional design field.
