Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled E-learning Consultant located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India to join our team working onsite in a US shift. The role involves designing and developing digital learning experiences primarily focused on PrismHR and PrismHCM platforms.
Key Duties
- Design and develop engaging e-learning content using Articulate Storyline.
- Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) ensuring smooth functionality and performing troubleshooting as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and maintain clear communication channels.
- Continuously improve learning processes and stay updated on e-learning best practices.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in e-learning course creation and content editing.
- Proficient in LMS management and resolving related technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various teams.
- Committed to ongoing learning and process enhancement within the instructional design field.
