The current opportunity is located at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara in Doha, Qatar.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Anticipate and attentively address guest inquiries and needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings including room categories, rates, features, facilities, dining outlets, promotions, spa, health club, and other Minor Hotel properties.
• Supervise guest service quality and demeanor to maintain Minor Hotels' highest standards at all times.
• Take ownership of guest satisfaction issues, ensuring resolution and timely follow-ups.
• Be proactive and resourceful, providing alternative solutions aligned with guests' desires to enhance their Minor Hotel stay.
• Foster harmonious working relationships with all departments within the hotel.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and meetings, effectively communicating relevant information to team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is essential.
• Previous work experience in supervisory roles within Front Office departments at 4- to 5-star hotels in the Middle East.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Familiarity with OPERA Cloud system.
• Highly organized, career-driven, adaptable with flexible availability regarding work hours, days off, assignments, and additional duties.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
