Role Overview
This position requires 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing. It offers a significant opportunity to influence Airtel B2B Africa's digital engagement with customers at the critical pre-sales decision phase, where nearly 70% of the buying process occurs online. The role focuses on enhancing Airtel's visibility, relevance, and trustworthiness across digital touchpoints to drive pipeline growth and establish Airtel as a preferred B2B technology partner across Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the annual digital campaign schedule.
- Oversee all Airtel B2B Africa digital platforms, including websites.
- Manage campaign execution and monitor performance metrics.
- Coordinate co-campaigns with OEM partners and manage marketing development funds planning.
- Expand and optimize social media and various digital channels.
- Collaborate with agencies regarding creative content production, media buying across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic advertising, and conduct A/B testing.
Candidate Profile
- Mandatory prior experience in B2B SaaS technology marketing.
- Proven expertise in digital and growth marketing within a global context, including managing large-scale digital operations and executing successful multi-region go-to-market growth strategies.
- Experience managing global marketing budgets exceeding 1 million USD.
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by proficiency in tracking ROI through digital marketing dashboards.
- Experience managing global websites and social media accounts.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Expertise in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SEM, SEO, and AEO techniques.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, Marketing Automation Platforms, SaaS-based marketing tools, AI tools, Tableau, marketing intelligence platforms, and project management software.
