Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote desktop assistance to end users through phone and remote access tools.
• Diagnose and resolve issues relating to Windows hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Handle technical problems ranging from routine to moderately complex.
• Work collaboratively with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to address escalated concerns.
• Keep comprehensive records and update support tickets accurately.
• Contribute to IT projects and special initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support, help desk, or technical support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities within Windows environments.
• Understanding of PC and LAN network technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous support requests in a fast-paced setting.
