Main Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative digital solutions focusing on operational excellence, business intelligence, predictive maintenance, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Process and manage both structured and unstructured data efficiently.
Collaborate closely with industrial clients to convert raw data into tangible business value.
Work within an agile and motivating team environment.
Engage in dynamic tasks offering new challenges that promote skill development.

Required Skills and Experience

Proficiency in databases and data warehousing concepts.
Experience creating dashboards and visualizing data effectively.
Programming expertise in data science contexts, particularly with R and Python.
Solid understanding of statistics and practical experience in machine learning.
Basic knowledge of communication interfaces, network architectures, and security principles.
Foundational understanding of project management and agile methodologies.
Ability and willingness to maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Fluency in both German and English at a business negotiation level.
Experience with cloud computing, Docker, and DevOps is advantageous.
