Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative digital solutions focusing on operational excellence, business intelligence, predictive maintenance, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Process and manage both structured and unstructured data efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with industrial clients to convert raw data into tangible business value.
• Work within an agile and motivating team environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizing data effectively.
• Programming expertise in data science contexts, particularly with R and Python.
• Solid understanding of statistics and practical experience in machine learning.
• Basic knowledge of communication interfaces, network architectures, and security principles.
• Foundational understanding of project management and agile methodologies.
• Ability and willingness to maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Fluency in both German and English at a business negotiation level.
• Experience with cloud computing, Docker, and DevOps is advantageous.
