Key Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will be responsible for creating reports, building and maintaining automated dashboards, analyzing data trends, and collaborating cross-functionally. This includes converting general business requirements into precise data solutions, supporting strategic business decisions through clear data insights, and continuously improving the ETL processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibilities in data analysis
- Strong aptitude for problem solving with the ability to handle ambiguous objectives
- Excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly across departments
- Business acumen enabling translation of data insights into actionable strategies
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, using it as a critical analytical tool
- Solid experience querying data with SQL, including expertise in Joins, CTEs, Aggregations, and Windows Functions
- Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Ability to design, deploy, and maintain evolving ETL workflows
Work Schedule
The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours. It demands onsite presence at the Brockton, MA location with no remote work options.
