About the Company
Decan Dart Express, based in DLF Phase 3, Cyber City, Gurugram, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join their team onsite.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer communications via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Monitor and track both domestic and international shipments to ensure timely updates.
- Address and resolve customer issues by coordinating efficiently with courier partners.
- Keep comprehensive shipment records and generate fundamental Excel-based reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with work experience.
- Prior experience in the courier or logistics sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
