- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via social media channels.

- Proven experience in managing social media escalations and customer service functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Compensation
The remuneration package ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 30,000 per month.
