Job Responsibilities

Manage the processing of sales orders and invoicing accurately.
Handle credit note and debit note procedures efficiently.
Coordinate payment collection activities with clients.
Review and verify invoices and billing documents meticulously.
Execute two-way and three-way invoice matching against purchase orders and service agreements to ensure alignment.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting.
Demonstrates solid knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, invoice lifecycle, and reconciliation techniques.
Presents practical experience working with Tally ERP and Gem Portal platforms.
