Job Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of sales orders and invoicing accurately.
- Handle credit note and debit note procedures efficiently.
- Coordinate payment collection activities with clients.
- Review and verify invoices and billing documents meticulously.
- Execute two-way and three-way invoice matching against purchase orders and service agreements to ensure alignment.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting.
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, invoice lifecycle, and reconciliation techniques.
- Presents practical experience working with Tally ERP and Gem Portal platforms.
