Role Overview

This contract position is for a Business Intelligence Administrator responsible for supporting Tableau and Power BI platforms in a fully remote setup based in Canada. The role centers on keeping BI environments secure, stable, and well-governed so teams can rely on accurate reporting and analytics.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee the administration of Tableau and Power BI systems, including user permissions, access control, security settings, and governance practices.
Keep an eye on platform health, identify and resolve technical problems, and help maintain strong availability for BI tools.
Handle deployment of dashboards, reports, and data sources across different environments.
Set up and manage data refresh timing, server-level settings, and platform upgrade activities.
Work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to support dependable reporting and analytics delivery.

Employment Details

This is a contract role. The position is 100% remote and located in Canada.
