Overview
Join Lotte Duty Free Singapore as a Business Development Executive responsible for expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outreach to current and prospective clients to identify and address their needs and expectations.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships by promptly and professionally managing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Enhance client retention by actively engaging key accounts and private clients regularly.
- Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently to maximize revenue.
- Keep detailed and accurate client records within the CRM system.
- Analyze client data to detect trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations, ensure order fulfillment, and resolve logistical or inventory issues.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail and ability to work effectively within team settings.
- Support revenue generation by assisting in proposal drafting.
- Provide administrative assistance to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Undertake additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience handling customer service and managing expectations of premium clients.
- Proven background in customer relations or similar client-facing roles.
- Resourceful with a positive mindset, dedicated to customer satisfaction in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient with internet and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; knowledge of Korean is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Expertise in customer service recovery and conflict resolution.
- Effective organizational abilities.
