Role Overview
This position involves engaging potential clients by introducing and promoting stock market research services, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within a professional environment adhering to applicable guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting prospective customers and explicating stock market research offerings.
- Generating and converting leads into active clients.
- Regularly following up with interested prospects to sustain engagement.
- Addressing client inquiries about research services and subscription plans.
- Developing and sustaining long-term client relationships.
- Collaborating with research and support teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Maintaining daily records of sales activities and CRM data updates.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Ensuring all client communications are professional, ethical, and compliant with SEBI regulations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion capabilities.
- Prior experience in telesales or financial product sales is advantageous.
- Fundamental understanding of stock markets, trading, and investment instruments.
- Competency in lead generation and closing sales.
- Skills in client management and relationship building.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp Business for communication.
- A positive mindset focused on meeting targets.
