Job Overview
We seek a knowledgeable Business Analysis Consultant with over five years of relevant experience and proficiency in Arabic. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field. This position is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and clearly document business needs and requirements.
- Lead interviews and workshops with key stakeholders.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and process-related documentation.
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Propose and recommend improvements to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate closely with software development and quality assurance teams.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to validate solutions.
- Verify that implemented solutions align with defined business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in business process modeling techniques including UML and BPMN.
- Strong capability in requirements gathering and gap analysis.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Experienced with documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a business analysis role.
- Mandatory proficiency in the Arabic language for effective communication.
- Ability to work onsite at the Riyadh location.
