Business Analysis Consultant

Job Overview

We seek a knowledgeable Business Analysis Consultant with over five years of relevant experience and proficiency in Arabic. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field. This position is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and clearly document business needs and requirements.
• Lead interviews and workshops with key stakeholders.
• Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and process-related documentation.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for enhancement.
• Propose and recommend improvements to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate closely with software development and quality assurance teams.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to validate solutions.
• Verify that implemented solutions align with defined business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in business process modeling techniques including UML and BPMN.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement and management.
• Experienced with documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a business analysis role.
• Mandatory proficiency in the Arabic language for effective communication.
• Ability to work onsite at the Riyadh location.
