Job Overview

This role involves making outbound calls to prospective candidates or customers, clearly communicating job opportunities or services. The telecaller will follow up with interested individuals, assisting them through subsequent steps, and maintain accurate records in the CRM or database. Meeting daily and monthly call targets is required, along with professionally addressing any queries. Close coordination with internal teams will be part of ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
