Primary Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently, either at the bar or through the customer app
• Delivering food orders, completing follow-ups with customers, and clearing plates promptly
• Providing warm and friendly customer service—greeting guests, expressing thanks, and creating rapport
• Staying informed about current promotions, events, and new products to assist customers effectively
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and conducting restroom inspections
• General duties across areas such as glass washing, restocking refrigerators, clearing floors and beer gardens as needed
