The Team

The Business Banking team is dedicated to transforming financial access for underserved Small and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) by delivering innovative GXS business banking products such as the GXS Business Account and vital lending solutions. We are driving significant growth in digital SME financing, supported by the strategic acquisition of GXS Capital.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Offer administrative and client support to Relationship Managers handling SME client portfolios.
• Serve as a key communication liaison between partners, clients, and the company, responding to inquiries and providing updates promptly.
• Maintain and organize client documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and regulatory standards.
• Support the preparation of internal sales reports and monitor sales pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as credit and operations to facilitate seamless transaction processing and fund disbursement.

Candidate Requirements

• No previous banking or finance experience necessary; however, background in customer service, sales, or any client-facing roles is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail when handling data and documentation to ensure complete accuracy.
• Demonstrated initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Flexible and adaptable to workplace changes and varying client demands, maintaining a constructive outlook.

Additional Information
