Role Overview
This senior sales leadership position is based in Bengaluru and is suited to someone who understands the sales landscape in depth and can scale performance in a fast-moving environment. The role focuses on strengthening a high-performing sales organization built on execution discipline, customer trust, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and own the sales strategy, with full accountability for revenue outcomes.
- Direct and support the in-house City Manager and Sales Manager teams across multiple cities.
- Shape and implement modern sales approaches that improve the customer journey and overall experience.
- Spot gaps in existing processes and recommend practical improvements.
- Take complete ownership of the sales team P&L.
- Monitor the productivity and utilization of sales cohorts and ensure monthly target achievement.
- Provide leadership across large, multi-level sales teams.

Requirements
- Established sales leader with experience in Home Solutions, Real Estate, or closely related sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams while delivering steady business results.
- Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle stages, conversion funnels, and revenue tracking.
- Ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Prior experience managing large teams of Client Managers or Sales Managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Eligibility
