About the Team

The Fulfillment team manages the farm-to-retail flow, sourcing from farmers and delivering to retailers so that farmers receive fair value and retailers get quality produce at their doorstep. Last-mile distribution is carried out by distributor partners operating from Micro Distribution Centres.

In this role, you will oversee sales and distribution for an assigned territory, supported by a Partner Success Manager for distributor coordination and an Area Operations Manager for last-mile operations.

Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for running general trade, HORECA, and distribution activity across the assigned zone or area. The role requires ownership of tonnage delivery, customer retention, new growth initiatives, distributor management, and cross-functional coordination to improve overall territory performance.

You will be expected to lead sales execution, strengthen distribution quality, improve customer experience, and work closely with internal teams to improve P&L outcomes for the area.
