Key Responsibilities

• Define and establish architectural standards for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration, model routing, and system observability.
• Conduct design evaluations and mitigate risks related to complex AI implementations prior to development phases.
• Maintain oversight of quality assurance practices including evaluation benchmarks, regression testing, rollback protocols, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and technical leads.
• Ensure AI development roadmaps align with business objectives, client-specific needs, and delivery schedules.

Essential Skills

• In-depth experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and designing agent-based AI architectures.
• Demonstrated success in deploying enterprise-scale AI systems into production environments.
• Expertise in MLOps and LLMOps, focusing on monitoring processes and quality control mechanisms.
• Strong ability to communicate architectural concepts effectively to both executive management and engineering teams.
• Capability to manage trade-offs involving quality, speed, and cost under tight delivery constraints.
