The team is currently looking for reinforcement in first-level IT support.
Role overview
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers and help ensure stable and efficient IT operations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, log, and process customer support requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools.
- Assist with client technologies, including Windows environments, workplace systems, and peripheral devices.
- Support end users at customer sites with hardware and software issues.
- Install, set up, and maintain clients, notebooks, and mobile devices in customer environments.
- Handle user and permission administration, for example in Active Directory, within customer systems.
- Support standard applications such as Microsoft 365, printing systems, and VPN solutions.
- Investigate and resolve incidents remotely or, when needed, on-site at the customer location.
- Record requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate more complex issues to second-level support.
- Contribute to rollouts, updates, and IT projects at customer sites.
Requirements
- Completed IT-related vocational training, such as an IT specialist qualification, is an advantage.
- Some initial experience in IT support or a customer-facing helpdesk environment is desirable.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and common standard software.
- Basic understanding of networks, clients, and IT infrastructure.
- Strong service mindset and customer orientation.
- Organized, structured, and solution-focused way of working.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
- Excellent German language skills are mandatory.
