Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
• Hold team members accountable for their tasks and performance.
• Maintain strict adherence to warehouse safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with various branches to ensure prompt delivery of materials to customers.
• Communicate with freight companies and both internal and external customers to establish shipping priorities.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety procedures are consistently upheld in the shipping area.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is essential.
• Familiarity with industrial products is considered advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service orientation.
• Dependable, reliable, and a self-starter willing to take initiative.
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift certification or readiness to obtain certification.
• WHMIS and TDG certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
