Visual Merchandiser – College Green

Job Summary

This is a full-time permanent role requiring 39 hours per week at the H&M College Green store in Dublin. The position mandates flexibility to work across 7 days including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising, commercial display, and styling strategies that align with store protocols to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
• Monitor sales data, oversee garment maintenance, and collaborate with management to identify and seize visual and commercial growth opportunities.
• Leverage knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity to mentor store staff and empower them to provide excellent customer service.

Work Environment

You'll be part of a vibrant store team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, all working together to create a compelling shopping atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
