- Effective teamwork and communication, collaborating well with site managers, designers, and fellow tradespeople
- Practical experience in trade-related duties
- Understanding of workplace health and safety standards and practices
- Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work protocols
- Capable of performing physical manual tasks, including lifting and working in various environments
- Good hand-eye coordination and meticulous attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability to diagnose and execute repairs or installations
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Relevant trade certification, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent practical construction experience; formal qualifications are a benefit but not mandatory
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements, estimates, and material calculations
- Possession of a full driving license and ability to travel to different sites
