Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to tradespeople with daily operational duties.
• Perform general labouring and support tasks on site.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Trade Assistant or a similar position is advantageous.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to hard work and eagerness to learn.
• Follows instructions carefully and contributes effectively as part of a team.
• Adheres strictly to safety and quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• White Card (Construction Induction) preferred.
• Confined Space ticket is compulsory.
• Forklift and Dogman licenses are required.
• Ability to clear full medical and police background checks.
• Australian citizenship mandatory due to defence sector regulations.
• Must have dependable transport and consistent attendance.
• Experience in steel fabrication environments is desirable.
